Celebrate the community garden’s first season. Come join Mill City Grows on Saturday, September 29th from 3-7pm to celebrate the Fall Harvest and the Rotary Club Park Community Garden! This event is Free and Open to the Public and will run rain or shine!
Come enjoy family friendly games and activities including pumpkin painting, cider pressing, natural crafts, face painting, cooking harvest soup, and garden tours. You can attend free workshops that will teach you how to save money and go green at home.
Live musician Keith Lewis and DJ GreenThumb will be preforming from 3-6pm and the Lowell Film Collaborative will have a film screening of Good Food in the garden from 6-7pm!
Mill City Grows will also have a number of wonderful Silent Auction items that you can bid on ranging from a Keurig to gardening books, come help support our work and take home an amazing basket!

-Tasty treats including special addition caramel apples from Sweet Lydia’s
-Chili made by UTEC’s Fresh Roots Program with local ingredients grown by Mill City Grows
-Hot apple cider and espresso from Brew’d Awakening Coffehaus
