Please join the Lower Highlands Neighborhood Group for a SIDEWALK MEETING with the Lowell Police Department.
The meeting will address recent crimes in the neighborhood.
You will learn about the following:
- criminal activity in the neighborhood
- steps to take to address the issues facing the neighborhood
- how you can help
The meeting will take place Saturday, August 25th at 9:00am in the Molloy School Parking Lot, 125 Smith Street.
