Lowell celebrates National Preservation Month with a weekend long event celebrating Lowell’s history, magnificent architecture and talent for urban reinvention with Doors Open Lowell. The weekend kicks off with a Progressive Jazz Dinner downtown on Thursday, May 14th. Take an evening stroll around the downtown and enjoy music and special menus from appetizers to desserts at our local restaurants. Along the way hear brief talks by area historians and architects.
